This specification is for the Standard G2 Shelter, the flexibility of the design allows for a range of module sizes and width’s of Shelters, these are available on request.

Shelter Construction
The basic shelter comprises Circular Steel Formed Gantries, these specialist jig formed gantries are normally at 1275 mm centres, these gantries are mounted on steel spigots which provide the ground fixing to pre prepared foundations. The shelter glazing is 10mm toughened glass as standard retained via laser cut mild steel brackets with 316 Stainless Steel fittings.
The roof is a low barrel constructed from specialist aluminium extrusions with a polycarbonate glazing material, the roof design facilitates the integration of both Mains and Solar LED lighting along with the provision of RTPI. The roof ends will accept either screen printing or applied vinyls for stop names.
All steel and aluminium components are then finished using the latest technology in powder application, by coating all visible surfaces with polyester powder applied at a thickness of 60-70 microns to give a hard durable finish.
